The scheme is designed to accredit businesses for their responsible and innovative practices in sustainable handling of textiles products throughout its life cycle. As much as it is geared for the current challenges in the industry, it is equally a forward looking solution for the way things are developing in this sector.

I’M A COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY
HOW DO I JOIN THE SCHEME?
The first step is to express your interest by completing the following Application Form and returning it directly to us at tsa@tsa-uk.org.
Please also see the Scheme Guidance below for further details.
Once you have submitted your application form, the TSA team will be in touch to assist with the next steps.
WHAT WILL IT COST TO BE A CERTIFIED COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY?
TSA Member
Please note, there is an Up-Font Audit Fee which will be charged directly by the audit company once you have completed the Application Form. This is required to be paid before you have your initial call with the scheme auditor.
Once you have passed the assessment carried out by the auditor, a Licence & Marketing Fee is due to be paid directly to the TSA. Upon receipt of payment, you become an official Certified Member of the Infinite Textiles™ scheme and a certificate will be issued. Please note the Licence & Marketing Fee is an annual fee charged consecutively for 3 years until a re-audit is due. Once the re-audit has been passed the annual fee will due again. For more details, please refer to the Scheme Guide.
Please see the fee breakdown below charged to TSA Members only (all costs are exclusive of VAT). Please note, depending on the number of sites that you have a sample number of sites will be audited and this will be agreed with the auditor beforehand:

I’M A RECYCLER, AGGREGATOR OR A CHARITY
HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE SCHEME?
As part of the Infinite Textiles™ Standard, it is a requirement for end-of-life textiles to be made available for reuse, repurpose, recycle or waste management processes through approved and certified recycler or aggregators (Receivers). Therefore, you can apply to become an approved Receiver and certified under the Infinite Textiles™ scheme.

Aggregator
Recycler
An organisation who enables the product to remain in the same format and to be networked through a charity to support someone in need e.g. Textile Multi-banks.
An organisation who assists in repurposing the product e.g. a bag for life. All products must be recyclable or where not possible as a minimum to create Energy from Waste (EfW).
An organisation who consolidates end-of-life textiles from the certified Commercial Laundry for forward transportation to a Certified Receiver.
An organisation that processes the product ideally fibre to fibre e.g. a bedsheet into a t-shirt. Where not possible can be recycled into other products.
