By paying any applicable fee and using the Document Portal, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Document Portal.

What documents can be accessed on the Document Portal?
We have invited suppliers to upload their Health & Safety and Quality Assurance documentation onto the Document Portal.
Any documents and materials available on the Document Portal are owned by the suppliers, but you are granted a limited licence to access, use, store and copy those documents and material, and to distribute and make them available to third parties. We specifically draw your attention to the “How you may use material on our site” section of the Terms & Conditions.
What checks have we carried out on the documents and materials provided by suppliers?
We have not carried out any checks on documents or material uploaded by suppliers, including the accuracy or validity of the document or material. By accessing, using or relying on any such document or material, you take responsibility for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, valid and not misleading. If you spot an error or mistake in any of the documents or material available in the Document Portal, please let us know by contacting us on the details above. We specifically draw your attention to the “Do not rely on information on this site”, “User-generated content is not approved by us” and “Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you” sections of the Terms & Conditions.

What documents can be submitted to the Document Portal?
Any documents or material that you submit for uploading onto the Document Portal must:
- Relate to your company, or any company in the same group of companies,
- Relate either to Health & Safety, or to Quality Assurance,
- Not constitute marketing, advertising or promotional material, whether for your company or otherwise, and
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
We reserve the right to reject any documents or material that you submit that do not comply with these submission requirements (or, where they have already been uploaded, to remove them from the Document Portal).
How can documents be submitted to the Document Portal?
You may submit your document or material to us via email to [(email address)]. Provided it complies with submission requirements above, we will upload the document or material to your account on the Document Portal. You must comply with the “Uploading content to our site” section of the Terms & Conditions.
What checks do we carry out on the documents?
Apart from checking the document or material to determine whether, at face value, it complies with the submission requirements, we will not carry out any further checks. For example, we do not check the accuracy or validity of the document or material.
By submitting a document or material to us, you warrant that it is accurate, valid and not misleading, and complies with the submission requirements above. You will be liable and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result if you fail to comply with that warranty.

Members’ access to the Document Portal
All of our members will have access to the Document Portal, which includes seeing and taking copies of any documents or material that are uploaded onto it. We draw your attention to the “Rights you are giving us to use material you upload” section.
Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your documents and material, but you are required to grant us and our members a limited licence to access, use, store and copy those documents and material, and to distribute and make them available to third parties.
Keeping your access information secure
We will provide you with unique log-in details in order to access your account on the Document Portal. You must comply with the “You must keep your account details safe” section of our Terms & Conditions. You will be responsible for any and all documents or material uploaded onto the Document Portal via your account, regardless of whether the person who submitted those documents or materials for uploading was authorised by you to do so.
